The day is finally here! It's the night before I leave for France and of course I left a considerable amount of packing for tonight. I will be studying at the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, as nervous as I am to leave I am equally excited. I will be leaving New York tomorrow afternoon headed for brussels and then catching a flight to Marseille.

My roommate Katie(She goes to Indiana University) and I will be staying with a host family, we only know their name so we will meet them Saturday afternoon! I doubt I'll get much sleep tonight, but I am sure the next four months of my life will be hard to forget.
