Hello again friends! This past weekend we took a nice day trip to Blarney to kiss the stone that allegedly provides lifelong eloquence. We departed at the bright and shiny hour of 7am and made the trek to Cork. Upon arrival, the park was quiet and we were able to quickly get to the top of the castle. Though I did not originally plan on it, I did end up kissing the stone (as depicted below).
After coming face to face with this Irish staple we were able to explore the park for a little while and came upon some waterfalls, walkways, and stone artifacts. We left the park at 11:30 and made our way to lunch. After lunch we proceeded to Kennedy's Animal Farm. Here many of us fulfilled a goal of the trip and were finally able to pick up a baby lamb. The farm also had baby cows, puppies, large pigs, bunnies, lots of chickens, and a very friendly wandering deer.
After some significant washing of hands, we boarded the bus and drove to the Torc Waterfalls in Killarney. At this point many of us were tired, but this sight was one to remember.
After a short time here, we proceeded back to Dingle and are now gearing up for a big weekend in London.
